We reduce energy by keeping our AC set at 78 degrees, use all energy efficient lighting, shade all windows on super hot days. It's very hot in south Florida most of the year! We keep all of our equipment turned off and unplugged when not in use. In our business plan we have set aside funds for our equipment to be solar and wind powered.
We reuse office paper, embroidery backing, fabric pieces and shipping containers.
We recycle paper, plastic (which we do our best to avoid), shipping containers that have no life left for shipping, fabric pieces and ink containers.
We donate all of our over-runs and out of date supplies to local charities.
We aim to be "off the grid" in the near future!
